Just thought that I would write a little introduction to my life in New zealand...really just to see if this thing publishes..not very good with this whole computer technology thing.

So I'v been on this wonderful isle for 2 and a half years so far and thanks to the masses of you guys that have come to visit me, so far I think I have been to almost every corner of it...dont worry, the rest of you that are still planning your holidays, there is still a lot more to see and do, places that I still want to visit etc.

The course is going along as expected, the work load is heavy and the volume of information that is meant to be contained within my very small brain is emense but that is all to be expected, so I cant complain too much, especially when it really is all so interesting. This year has seen a beginning to the more hands on side of veterinary, including the old hand up cows arse thing - which I have to say is really rather nice, especially on a cold day - nice and warm, and kinda cool, feelin blindly for things and when you actually touch what your looking for - kidneys, ovaries etc it is amazing (photo will follow....)

Anyway I will update this thing soon.....or more accurately I think, babs will update with photos soon.
